Ordering
Online checkout is coming soon. Until then, get in touch with the item, colour and size you want, and we'll confirm the price, postage and timing with you before you pay.
Prefer to pay cash? That's fine, you'll just need to find us in person.
Made to order
We're a small, independent brand, so most pieces are made to order rather than sitting on a shelf. That means delivery times vary by item. We'll give you an estimate when you order.
Delivery
We post within the UK. Postage depends on what you order and is confirmed before you pay. Outside the UK? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, and we'll cover the return postage. After 30 days, we'll repair or replace it instead.
Changed your mind?
If you ordered remotely (online, by message or by email), you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please return it unworn and unwashed. We'll refund the item and the original standard postage within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you.
Custom items
Items made to your own design or personalised for you can't be returned because you changed your mind, but they're covered if something is wrong with them.
